Patience Tips on Racquetball

Patience is a virtue. In all of sports, patience may be a little overlooked, but it may sometimes be very integral to a team’s or player’s success. Few sports are at the same time as physical and cerebral as racquetball, requiring stamina and quickness, sudden conviction and exceptional patience.     Hey racquetball looks real cool where patience is really needed as well as stamina and quickness. I found this video to be really interesting and I remember playing this as a kid, but in France there are not many places to play the game.

    This is great! I've learned not to rush things out when playing Racquetball. He's got a good point. I have to slow things down sometimes to study my game and think of strategies I can use. I would totally follow these tips and advices.
