My daughter is 14 years old and has an abundance of nervous energy. She is a straight A student but her energy levels are over the top. I have her intertwined with sports after school but she needs to have some type of relaxation sessions, so she will calm her energy down. I opted to buy her and I some Yoga Mats and embrace a yoga session or two each week. She loved the idea and she slowly learned to calm that over excited energy down.
