My daughter is 14 years old and has an abundance of nervous energy. She is a straight A student but her energy levels are over the top. I have her intertwined with sports after school but she needs to have some type of relaxation sessions, so she will calm her energy down. I opted to buy her and I some Yoga Mats and embrace a yoga session or two each week. She loved the idea and she slowly learned to calm that over excited energy down.

A new partnership is in the works in the racing world and it will have Star Racing and Valli Motorsports joining forces under the Yamaha parts banner to create the Star Valli Yamaha Race team. So far there has been a lot of commentary over the fact that the team will be able to sport quite an impressively sized regular team with at least four riders staying on the team full time to ride the YZ250Fs and three riders on the YZ450F. One of the riders on the YZ450F is slated to actually ride on two different coasts and will also ride the YZ250F.

Urijah Faber, Dominick Cruz, UFC
When long time WEC champ Urijah Faber made the transition to the UFC following a company buy out, Faber was ecstatic about the opportunity. All Urijah Faber could talk about was fulfilling a long time goal of holding a UFC title. It has now been made official that Faber will in fact get that chance now. We have heard from Dana White that Urijah Faber next fight will be against long time nemesis Dominick Cruz in the coming months, but first they will be coaching the next season of The Ultimate Fighter. With White adamant of the bout being the greatest bantamweight match up, we can expect to see quite some big moves from the organization. The TUF showing is scheduled to appear on the Fox television channel FX. It will also be the first TUF to air live bouts. The exact dates have not been made official but are targeted for Mondays, starting in the beginning of March. Already pics of the show have started to surface, building up the anticipation.
With both men holding deep hatred for each other we can expect a very explosive season, similar to when we saw Rampage Jackson take on Rashad Evans. Many have even mentioned the fear that it will be live and that gives risk to the fighters fighting on live television. This is however unlikely as both men are very professional despite the language they use towards each other. They also will have massive amounts of security on call in case any crazy brawl happens.
